Paris Hilton is best known as an American celebutante, socialite, television personality, actress, singer, model and most recently, a fashion designer. Hilton assisted in the design of a collection of purses for Japanese label Samantha Thavasa, and also a jewelry line.
Hilton was occupied in the establishment of a perfume line by Parlux Fragrances back in 2004. Initially set to be a small release, high order led to a wider discharge before December 2004. The launch was followed by a 47 percent increase in sales of Parlux products, mainly appropriate to sales of the Hilton-branded perfume.
Parlux Fragrances released a number of fragrances with Paris’ name, including fragrances for men after the success of her own perfume. In October of 2007, Paris launched a new fragrance called Can Can. This was her fourth women's fragrance after her previous “Paris Hilton”, “Just Me”, and “Heiress”.
Hilton released a line of hair extensions in affiliation with Hair Tech International in January 2007, by the name of “DreamCatchers”.
In early August 2007, Hilton signed a licensing agreement with Antebi for a signature footwear line, "Paris Hilton Footware", featuring stilettos, platforms, flats, wedges, and a sports collection which arrived in stores earlier this year.
In mid August 2007, Hilton launched her own clothing line that included tops, dresses, coats, and jeans at local Los Angeles, Kitson boutique.
